The Cloud Sanctuary (referred to as the “Company, “we”, “our”) is a provider of services including database management systems hosted via a third party global cloud platform providers, web design, consultancy, web optimisation, branding, media, training and maintenance and support required for the delivery of the services.
The terms “you”,”your” and “yours” refer to the customer using The Claim Sanctuary products or services. What Information is held on “You”  
Whilst we discuss your requirements and place an order there will be certain information that will need to be held. This will include;

Your name, your company trading name if applicable, company registration number, vat number, address, contact details & bank details. The Cloud Sanctuary will not collect credit card information. In addition, we are not liable for any data entered on cloud systems please note the terms & conditions.

How Do “We” Obtain This Information
This information will be collected by phone or e mail upon the completion of acceptance of the order as set out in our terms & conditions.

How is this Information Used?
This information is used for the following activities;

  • To establish when the renewal (if applicable) is due.
  • To advise of any updates or changes within the service or agreement.
  • To offer any further services within The Cloud Sanctuary that may be of interest.
